Screen Frame - Cut Sizes

If you’re a homeowner looking for screen frames to repair old ones or build new ones, you probably don’t need more than what’s necessary. For extra strength for your screens, the Crossbar Frame improves the stability of the mid-range of the screen. We offer this frame in 5/16” x 5/8” and .025 mill thick. The frame lengths range from three to eight feet. This roll-formed aluminum frame is not cambered. Choose from Silver, White, Bronze, Tan, and Champagne.

If you’d like your screen to have a decorative appeal, the Muntin Bar Frames offer a colonial gridwork appeal. We offer these 3/16” x 5/8” frames in three to eight feet long options in the same color offerings as the Crossbar Frame. Unlike the Crossbar, Muntin Bars are for decorative purposes only. They will not offer screen support. However, the Muntin Bars will enhance the overall appearance of your screens, giving them a unique flair.

For our standard cut to size screen frames, there are multiple sizes for practically any window frame. These are made of roll-formed aluminum and vary in gauge thickness. The heavier gauge screen frames may need crossbar frames to help support the screen. The smallest gauge, .019, is used in the ¼” x ¾” window screen frame for new mobile home half screens. The larger 5/16” x 1” has a gauge thickness of .025, making it ideal for outdoor use for solar screen and fiberglass. There are several others that are better suited for indoor, patio, and porch use as well. These cut to size screen frames come in three to eight foot long options and are available in Silver, Bronze, White, and Tan.
