Heavy Duty Spline Roller and Cutter. Use one end to roll the aluminum screen wire into the frame, and the other to cut excess screen off as the spline is installed. The steel wheel has a concave edge, and the blade is made of hardened steel. They are set in a contoured hardwood handle.

I remember filling out their form asking "which surface contained the springs" and I filled in the wide side.. But my screens contained no springs at all. Luckily I measured it where my screens would hold without springs unless they shrink in cold weather...
I am not knocking their product as the quality was excellent. 1 screen had a dent in the frame and the screen itself had 4 lines across it where fed-ex allowed something to imprint on it.
